1- Assist walk-in and call-in customers.
2- Provide customers with destination information such as but not limited to weather conditions, restaurants, tourist attractions, passports, visas conditions, vaccinations, foreign currency, travel insurance, car rental, tours.
3- Prepare quotations and travel proposals, get Branch Manager’s approval and communicate to customers.
4- Follow up with customers and inform them of any changes when needed.
5- Ensure issuance and invoicing of tickets hotel vouchers and packages.
6- Make sure that clients’ data are complete and up to date.
7- Coordinate with accounting department when need be.
8- Arrange delivery when needed.
9- Fill daily calls and requests sheet and coordinate with Branch Manager for weekly updates.
10- Prepare weekly sales report.
11- Contact the customers and obtain their feedback, recommendations and suggestions
