1. Restriction to travel
Due to U.S. regulations, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is unable to accept bookings from guests who reside in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Bookings from guests who are nationals of these countries may be accepted only if they can demonstrate they are not residents of these countries.
For specific rules and documents required, see below.
Nationals from Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria must provide copies of at least two of the following documents showing they have taken up residence outside of these countries. If a national from Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria, please select and attach the documents below that apply:
- Passport
- Student Visa
- National Identity Card
- Voter Registration Card
- Work Visa
- Permanent Resident Alien Card
- Temporary Resident Alien Card
2. Travel Insurance
The guests are requested to take necessary insurance in order to cover any last minute cancellations as the Cruise Lines nor Safeen Tourism LLC will not consider waiver of the cancellation penalties under any circumstance.
ASSIST-CARD: ASSIST-CARD is not a travel insurance company but a traveler’s assistance organization. ASSIST CARD services helps the guests in any unexpected event during their trip, Medical assistance for accident or illness, urgent odontology, legal assistant, location of lost luggage and insurance. ASSIST-CARD is integral travel assistance. If you are the holder of an ASSIST-CARD you simply call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, their local or nearest Alarm Center and request the services you need.
