Franchisor Support

In order for the franchise to succeed, it requires the commitment and dedication of both parties to fulfill their obligations. As a franchisee of Wild Discovery, you will receive the following services and benefits:
  • Advertising & Marketing including:cooperative advertising, post-launch support including soft opening & launch event
  • Personnel, manuals, and training including training before opening
  • Transfer of know-how through operations manuals

  • HR selection assistance
  • Site selection assistance

Once opened, Wild Discovery, member of the Lebanese Franchise Association will provide you with the following continuing support:
  • On-going provision of management, operational, technical advice and guidance through telephone or electronic communication and video conferencing

1. How does Wild Discovery currently offer franchising internationally?

Wild Discovery offers international franchising opportunities through an Area Development Agreement or a simple Franchise Agreement depending on the territory.
 
2. Does Wild Discovery have a restriction on having a self-owned or a rented location?

Wild Discovery doesn’t have any restrictions on having a self-owned or a rented location.
 
3. How does the advertising work?

You will be required to spend a minimum of 1% of your gross sales locally for advertising.
 
4. Does Wild Discovery allow sub franchising?

Wild Discovery doesn’t actually allow sub-franchising.
 
5. How long does the application process take?

The application process can take around 15 days. This allows you enough time to complete the application form, sign it and send it back to us along with your corporate presentation and / or information so we can proceed with our standard vetting process.
 
6. What is the term of the franchise agreement?

The initial term of your franchise agreement is 6 years.

Initial Investment

Wild Discovery offers an affordable model for entrepreneurs to do business under its brand with a low initial investment.
Below is the expected range of costs for developing a typical Wild Discovery outlet of around 50 sqm, which will assist you in performing your financials.
  • The fit out and decoration Fees ranges from US $50k to US$75k (All values are in US Dollars)
  • Investment per square meter: $1,000
  • Average unit square meter: 50
  • Pre-operating expenses: $10,000
Franchise Fees

Franchise fees are calculated based on territory and market
  • 10% to be paid upon signature of the MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding)
  • 90% to be paid upon signature of the Franchise Agreement
Average revenue per Unit

The average revenue of a single unit will depend on its specific location and region and varies between $2,000,000 & $6,000,000
Margins & Profitability

The globalization of the travel sector and its competitive nature resulted in limited margins. For these reasons, the volume is very important and a key success factor of profitability. On average, margins vary between 10% to 20%

Royalties

The royalty fee is equal to 2% on the Gross Sales of the outlet.
